Five Lemurs ready for the day

While its not the best shot, its useful for confirming that there were five lemurs in the group hug. All awake now, they broke up thier hug huddle and went to sit in the sun in thier little Buddha-like pose.

I really loved these guys, they had so much personality - and the tails! Who wouldnt love to have a luxurious tail like that? We went back the next day just so I could see them again, and even then I had to be convinced to leave!

Big day ahead today, The Most DH and I are going to see The Cure tonight at the Sydney Entertainment Centre. However, theres a couple of metric tonnes of things to do before the fun begins, so I best be off - Have a Happy Day!

These lemurs would be difficult to tear away from - so photogenic too! Those tails make me want to dance the can-can. Hope The Cure works for you :) Heehee!!

I only see 4 lemurs. They are very cute and I bet more so when you get to see them up close and personal.

The only lemurs (at least I think they were lemurs) I've seen were on that cartoon flick Madagascar. Pathetic, right?

I don't get to see much animals here where I live, maybe a squirrel or two once in a while. Cats and dogs don't count. LOL!

You've started a whole new competition; 'How many Lemurs in the photo?'
I counted 4 heads, 3.5 tails, 5 legs. I'm still not sure. Your answers on a postcard please.

Hi everyone, please excuse the lateness of my replies, pretty please?

Anon, The Cure did wonders for me! Wish I could have had a Lemur tail to wear last night :)

Sharon, one is hiding, hiding very well! LOL I liked Lemurs when I saw them on a documentary, but 'in the fur' they were charmers! The Ruffed Lemurs werent any where near as charming as these Ringtails tho

Nick, But yes, in Madagascar there were some wild and crazy mixed tribe of Lemurs in that, and I thought it was the best scene in that flick LOL If youre in the city tho, its best not to see too many wild-ones!

Captain, Hahaha, yes! Posers they are, and really good ones too LOL

Barkfoot I promise there are five, but it took some waiting for the huddle to break up to determine that! :) Right over thier heads was an electric heater, all well concealed from the viewer, and they were reluctant to leave the warm cozy untill the sun was well onto thier patch hehehe
