Last friday morning - the 2nd egg appeared! The eggs are about 25mm, or 1 inch long. She spent a fair bit of time in the nest friday, perhaps she is getting ready for her long wait. Stay tuned for further updates!
Anon Public holiday - you too! These chicks must grow at the speed of light - hope we get to see lots of them! :)
Barkfoot RDRDR!! You cheeky monkey, hahaha I guess when they hatch you will see if Im just playing tricks on you LOL! Hey! That gives me an idea.......
BetteJo I will have a close shot of the eggs coming soon - just need to sneak around when Mums out!! :)
Sharon Cross your fingers we get shots of chicks too - Im so hoping for that. Please say "Gday" to Mookie from me! :)
Ces Yeah, I thought it was strange myself, as youd think more eggs would translate to better chances of having surviving chicks...but then this is likely to be thier second nest this spring, so maybe they are just a bit tired hehehe :)

Still excited! Have a great day everyone!
TWO EGGS!!!! They are very small for such delicate items Lavender :) It's quite amazing to watch! Have a great Public Holiday today!!
I'm not sure about this, we have nothing to reference the scale and they do look like hens eggs. These eggs wouldn't be from the fridge would they?!
Ooooh - another egg! Love the color too - this is so interesting!
Thanks Lavender!
I am looking forward to the egg updates!

Captain Yipper! Fingers crossed for the developing chicks!
Oooh, only two eggs. Are they practicing birth control? You think they would have at least four.
