Doryanthes Excelsa: Gymea or Spear Lily, Part 4


This pic taken a month later, April 22nd. It hasnt grown much in size, but wasps are checking it daily and looking for a way in, and a blush of red is just beginning to colour it.

They are very dramatic Ces, I have one in front of the house too, but its decided to die after getting a spear up - no idea why! Oh well - will have a much better view of this one anyhow :)

Captain Of Course - Why didnt I think of that LOL its so obvious! I should get some wasp Minions to go with my bees....
