I hate the picture. But halving the capsule is probably your best bet if you're not going to check with your doc.

Good advice from Melanie. As with most meds, they are best metered out evenly. If you need DH I'm sure he wouldn't mind coming back from work. It's a bummer finding the right medicine and dose, but I'm sure that there is a combination to suit you and get your noggin back to a happy place.
