Oncidium....bugrit

"Millennium hand and shrimp! I tol 'em! I tol 'em!"
- Foul Ole Ron

Theres been a lot of hectic activity and major upheaval here as the lampworking studio was dismantled and its contents sold off. There is very little left, and the room now looks enormous. All thats left to reclaim the space, is to uninstall the ventilation system (such as it was) and repair the cieling from whence it exits.

Then I can begin to explore again. Perhaps only tentatively as the whole Annual Tree Slaughtering Celebration of Consumerism is nearly upon us. Groan. Must go before I morph back into Foul Ole Ron......

BetteJo Aw Thanks! Earlier today I was trapped in traffic, but had a good disc in the cd player...my imagination had a party with how I could 'paint' the song I was listening to....after a few minutes I was dissappointed that I had to stop imagining and start driving again LOL

Oh, I'm sorry to hear about your studio. It can be really tough when a certain part of your life comes to a close. I really hope you find a new way forward for all your artistic and creative talent Lavender!

it's sad when you have to give up something that you obviously enjoy doing - your beads were the reason I originally stumbled on your blog (my feeble attempts at glass stagnated after I burnt a hole in the kitchen table but I am planning on having another go next year)
I also understand your back problems, with my DH having had two laminectomies.
I'm glad that your imagination is sparking and look forward to seeing your next adventure

Erica Burnt tables are par for the course with glass :) I hope your next go brings you much joy, all your other creations are just magnificent and very inspirational for me.
Your poor DH - TWO! Egads!
I was hoping someone would know Foul Ole Ron LOL! And a happy Hogswatch to you and yours too Erica! :)
